Itinerary "Urban Tales: The Farmhouses of Horta: The Rural Past of the Pla de Barcelona"

The Museu d'Història de Barcelona presents urban itineraries led by students from the 2025-2026 course of Urban Tales. This training focuses on the ideation and interpretation of historical itineraries, showcasing new mechanisms for discovering and presenting the historical and heritage assets of Barcelona. This itinerary through the farmhouses of Horta recovers the memory of the rural past of the Pla de Barcelona and offers a reading of current urbanism to recognize the traces of the former parish term of Sant Joan d'Horta.
