Itinerary 'La Casa Bloc'

Meeting point: Trinitat Vella Civic Center. Led by Disseny Hub Barcelona. La Casa Bloc is an innovative social project from the republican government in the Sant Andreu neighborhood, later affected by Francoism. This pioneering building is a key icon of rationalist architecture in our country, declared a Cultural Heritage Site in 1992. Since 2012, Housing 1/11 has become a museum open to the public for guided tours to understand the lifestyle of the time and its innovation as social housing.
