International Women's Day Celebration

Join us in celebrating International Women's Day on March 8th at the central event for the Sant Andreu District. This gathering will feature the reading of a meaningful manifesto, a performance by the Coral ensemble, and a thought-provoking presentation of the short film 'Salta o hierve', created by the Franduleras group from the Espai de Gent Gran Baró de Viver. The event will be moderated by Gemma Altell, ensuring an inclusive atmosphere with sign language interpretation and real-time subtitles. For accessibility, reserved seating will be available for individuals with mobility impairments, visual challenges, or hearing disabilities, and a hearing loop will be in place. This event is organized by the Women’s Council of the Sant Andreu District, aiming to foster awareness, solidarity, and empowerment among women and the community at large.
