Join us on an author-led tour by Manel Martín Pascual as we explore some of the essential water infrastructures that have supplied Barcelona since Roman times. Starting from the living segments of the ancient Rec Comtal, this journey takes us through to Trinitat Vella. We'll visit significant sites including the Water Houses of Montcada, complete with extraction wells, and the Trinitat Nova station and reservoir, where an exhibition titled 'The Water Revolution in Barcelona: From Pre-Industrial World to Environmental Challenges' awaits. The meeting point is at Pg. Isabel II, in front of the Estació de França, followed by a bus transfer to Montcada and Reixac, concluding at the Casa de l'Aigua in Nou Barris.
