Family Yoga Workshop *NEW*

Family yoga classes provide a safe and welcoming space to foster connection with yourself, your child, and creativity. In a harmonious environment, enjoy unique moments with your child. During sessions, you will practice postures (sometimes in pairs), breathing games (pranayama), and coordination and balance dynamics. There will also be calm moments to rest on the mat, listen to a story, or color mandalas. As Albert Einstein said, 'Creativity is intelligence having fun.' This perfectly reflects the teacher's vision of children, and each session is developed from this perspective. Activity for children aged 3 to 12 years. Bring comfortable clothing, a mat, towel, and water.
