Family Yoga Workshop for Young Children

This family workshop invites children aged 4 to 8 to join with an adult to explore the world of yoga through play. Participants will create a space for connection by stimulating their senses, strengthening bonds, and learning to recognize their breath. The workshop will be led by instructor Verónica Strukelj, who will guide families in engaging yoga activities suitable for young children. Scheduled sessions include a workshop on April 11, from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM, with additional workshops on May 16 and June 13. General admission is €8.58, and prior registration is required due to limited spaces.
