This yoga workshop is specially designed for mothers with babies up to crawling age who are looking to regain their physical and emotional well-being after childbirth. Led by Judith Zannella, the session provides an opportunity to connect with your baby while participating in yoga exercises that promote relaxation and fitness. Participants must have passed the postpartum period and obtained medical clearance to engage in physical activities. The workshop takes place on Thursdays from 09:30 to 10:30, and prior registration is required. Limited spaces are available, so early sign-up is encouraged to secure your spot.
