Family Yoga Workshop (Ages 4-6)

Family workshop for children aged 4 to 6 and their families (one adult per child). In this workshop, we will work on bonds, self-confidence, and trust in others, performing basic yoga postures. Please bring comfortable clothing, a water bottle, and clean socks or shoes for the activity.
