Family Yoga Workshop (Ages 1-3)

This family yoga workshop is designed for babies aged 1 to 3 years, including one adult and one child (twins can be accommodated with one adult and both infants). It offers an opportunity for caregivers to engage in yoga activities alongside their young ones, incorporating songs and gentle movement exploration suitable for this age group. Scheduled for Mondays (except May 25th) from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM, pre-registration is required due to limited spots. The general admission fee is €58.95, with potential reductions and subsidies available at the center. Registrations begin on specific dates informed by the center and are conducted at the Cotxeres de Sants Civic Center.
