Exhibition "Portrait Artists of the City"

Students from five high schools in Barcelona have captured photographs of their neighborhoods, portraying residents who witnessed their transformations and claims. They also forged connections with older individuals who shared their life stories, which they then depicted in portraits. This collective exhibition showcases a selection from each of their projects. The project was conceived and developed within the framework of 'Photography in Progress' and 'Cinema in Progress', two programs by A Bao A Qu, a cultural association that since 2004 has positioned arts, creation, and culture as central elements in educational projects in public schools and high schools.
