Exhibition 'Past, Present and Future of LGTBI Journalism'

L'Espai Línia presents the audiovisual exhibition 'Past, Present and Future of LGTBI+ Journalism', which reviews how the LGTBI community has expressed itself through the media throughout history. From the communication desert before the Republic, when social and institutional pressure prevented any direct show of support, to the present day, a time when normality is progressing adequately. The exhibition highlights the most important phase, the Transition, when the first LGTBI+ publications were born in Catalonia and the major references of the community were built. Driven by L'Espai Línia and curated by journalist Andreu Asensio and graphic designer Marga Moreno, the exhibition is a unique and bold commitment to LGTBI+ journalism and its development from the Republic to the present day.
