Exhibition on Luis Maria Xirinacs and Nonviolence

In 1975, on Christmas morning, Luis Maria Xirinacs initiated a powerful act of nonviolent civil disobedience in front of the Model Prison in Barcelona, advocating for the amnesty of political prisoners under the Franco dictatorship. This action not only became iconic within the antifranquism movement but also symbolized the broader struggle for fundamental rights and freedoms in Spain.
