The contemporary architecture exhibition titled 'Barcelona = (Diversity Intensity) x Complexity' addresses significant challenges in today's urban environment, such as climate change adaptation, heritage preservation, and public health. This event invites attendees to explore the concept of a city in today's context, using Barcelona as a prototype. It is structured around three main axes: diversity, which reveals who inhabits the city; intensity, which examines how close relationships and community life can foster shared responses; and complexity, which helps us understand the evolving relationships in a vibrant Barcelona that learns and transforms. The exhibition aims to present Barcelona as a dynamic entity, continually reflecting, questioning, and reinventing itself to envision a more equitable, sustainable, and collective urban future.
