This exhibition showcases the Jujol Collection from the Polytechnic University of Catalonia, revealing the extensive research conducted across various institutions. Its aim is to enhance the understanding and appreciation of the life and works of architect and painter Josep Maria Jujol (1979-1949), a pioneering figure of both Catalan and international avant-garde art. The exhibition also aims to illustrate the context of Barcelona that influenced Jujol throughout his life. Taking place at the Basilica of Santa Maria del Pi, a key location for Jujol's works, it features two significant spaces: the Baptistery, which highlights Jujol's original intervention in homage to Santa Vedruna, and the New Sacristy, which showcases the variances he made during the reconstruction of the Rosette while providing insights into his vibrant Barcelona life.
