From October 3, 2025, to January 11, 2026, the Palau Robert will host the exhibition '70 Years of Vall d'Hebron with You', an innovative journey to discover how the hospital cares for life, from the first heartbeat to old age. The exhibition reviews the past, present, and future of the institution and offers five immersive experiences for five stages of life for patients treated at Vall d'Hebron. The itinerary combines interactive elements, testimonies, and audiovisual materials that allow visitors to experience what it means to be a stroke patient or a surgeon performing sutures with a surgical robot. Vall d'Hebron University Hospital and Palau Robert invite the public to explore an exhibition that is both a journey to understand the institution and a reflection on how we care for people throughout different life stages. The manager of Vall d'Hebron University Hospital, Dr. Albert Salazar, describes it this way: 'This time we are the ones leaving the campus and going to the city center to connect with the people.' 'We want to share what makes us an internationally renowned hospital: knowledge and innovation, but above all, the dedication of professionals committed to caring for people in the most difficult moments of their lives.' The exhibition, titled '70 Years of Vall d'Hebron with You', is an opportunity to interactively touch life, learn, and enjoy an institution rooted in the city while understanding how its professionals care for health throughout different life stages. 'We have worked on a route for visitors to experience what it means to accompany and care for life at all its stages,' explains Fran Garcia, communication director of Vall d'Hebron University Hospital. The exhibition is designed as a circular circuit that invites exploration of how Vall d'Hebron faces the challenges of each life stage. It offers five interactive experiences at five moments in life, from the first heartbeat to old age, along with general notes on the past, present, and future of the Vall d'Hebron Campus. The itinerary includes interactive elements, real testimonies, and audiovisual material that allows visitors to experience what it means to be a stroke patient or a surgeon performing sutures with a surgical robot. 'Each station is an experience that connects scientific knowledge with human experience,' describes Fran Garcia.
