In this workshop, we will explore the emotional impacts of caregiving and discuss the importance of establishing healthy boundaries while taking care of others. Participants will identify signs of burnout and overload that often accompany caregiving tasks, allowing for a deeper understanding of one’s own emotional health. We will share practical self-care tools and strategies designed to preserve personal well-being while engaged in the caring process. Led by Marta Lahuerta from REBEC, participants will delve into discussions and activities that highlight the need for balance, reflecting on personal experiences and learning from one another to create a supportive community of caregivers.
