This hands-on workshop is designed for women looking to feel more confident using digital devices and online tools. The session will begin with a brief reflective activity discussing daily situations where technology may cause uncertainty or dependency. Participants will then engage in guided practice to learn how to create and manage an email account, send attachments, and organize messages effectively. Following this, there will be applied exercises simulating online processes such as scheduling appointments or downloading certificates, as well as a mini digital challenge aimed at identifying reliable information on the internet. The session will conclude with a group discussion on what was learned and how these skills can be applied in everyday life to gain autonomy and digital confidence. Attendees are required to bring a laptop running Windows 10 or 11.
