Dialogue: Age and Stereotypes: Values and Generational Discrimination

What prejudices weigh on the elderly and the youth? How does age condition opportunities, rights, or the way we relate? Choreographer Sol Picó and writer Montse Barderi discuss generations, stereotypes, and coexistence in a session that will be opened by cultural manager and video essayist Alba Lafarga, who will present how popular culture represents what it means to be old and what it means to be young. This event inaugurates the Argumenta cycle, a program of Critical Thought in civic centers of Barcelona.
