Cycle 'Global Justice': Talk 'The Fight for Women's Education in Afghanistan'

Casa Orlandai participates once again in the Global Justice program of the Sarrià - Sant Gervasi District, promoting reflection on human rights and solidarity. This December, we host two talks and the exhibition 'Women in Taliban Afghanistan' by Bridges for Peace. The cycle highlights the repression faced by Afghan women and the struggles defending their education, freedom, and dignity. An inspiring conference exploring the history of women's fight for their right to education and public life. Bridges for Peace is an organization dedicated to building a future where Afghan women have access to education, can live with freedom, equity, and security, and where youth are empowered to rebuild a peaceful and inclusive Afghanistan. With Zuhal Sherzad, activist, human rights defender, and former on-ground coordinator of the organization.
