The Cursa Breakfast Run is a non-competitive, free 4 km race in Barcelona that coincides with the historic marathon route of the 1992 Olympic Games. With a maximum participation of 2000 athletes, this fun event encourages community involvement and fitness. The race starts at Plaça Josep Puig i Cadafalch, traversing through various notable city routes, including landmarks associated with Olympic history. Please note, due to the event, significant traffic alterations will be implemented in the area to ensure safety and ease of access for participants. From 09:00 to 11:00 on March 14, 2026, vehicle circulation will be restricted along the running path, enhancing a secure environment for all attendees. The construction and dismantling of race installations will start early in the morning, ensuring everything is ready for an exciting race day.
