This initiative titled 'Desbordament' aims to transcend the boundaries of the art center in Sant Andreu and engage with community members who often do not participate in local cultural programs. The project seeks to integrate artworks from La Fabra Centre d'Art into both public and private spaces within the district. It encourages local entities and collectives to act as mediators, fostering new interpretations of artistic practices. The first event features the artist duo Fuentesal Arenillas, who will collaborate with the Municipal Childhood School La Filadora. They will create a sculptural piece designed for interaction with teachers, focusing on themes such as touch, play, imagination, and the relationship between reality and fiction. Over the course of the exhibition lasting seven months, this collaboration culminates in a final sharing event on April 12, where the outcomes of their work with the children will be showcased.
