In this interactive session, participants will learn to create three unique and delicious dishes featuring strawberries while discovering their health advantages, including boosting the immune system thanks to their high vitamin C content. Our expert, Mercè Gonzalo, will share insights into the fruit's nutritional profile and ways to incorporate strawberries into daily meals. Additionally, Pep Marpons from Can Marpons will provide a fascinating overview of strawberry cultivation and its cultural significance in the Maresme region.
