Computational Thinking Workshops for Kids

The '#EstàsON' workshop series is designed to introduce children aged 6 to 12 to the fundamentals of computational thinking and programming. Organized by libraries and local initiatives, these workshops aim to enhance problem-solving skills through a structured approach that breaks down complex challenges into manageable parts. Participants will engage in hands-on activities that make learning both enjoyable and effective. The series includes two programs: 'Train Your Computational Thinking' for younger children and 'Basics of Programming' for older kids. Each session will guide participants through insightful exercises, enabling them to understand how to approach problems in a systematic manner—mirroring how computers solve problems. By the end of these workshops, children will not only gain valuable skills but also develop a renewed enthusiasm for technology and coding, fostering a generation that is well-equipped to tackle future challenges.
