In celebration of two institutional anniversaries—the 50th of the Joan Miró Foundation and the 30th of the MACBA—artist Dora García invites everyone to participate in a collective action that takes the form of a brief pilgrimage. Over 32 minutes, participants travel between these two renowned institutions, exploring the complexities of time that arise during any anniversary celebration. García, who is known for her explorations of temporality, encourages performers and curious individuals alike to engage in this introspective journey that ties together historical events, public spaces, and transit points. This event aims to reflect on retrospection and anticipation, creating a unique gathering that merges past, present, and the surrounding community in a meaningful encounter.
