Children's Workshop: Archaeologists for a Day

Would you like to be an archaeologist for a few hours? Join our archaeological dig, forming a team of kids and adults to discover mummies, sarcophagi, and other surprises. The program includes an introduction to the world of ancient Egyptians, excavation, and a visit to a tomb. Make sure to arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled time. Note that the minimum group size to run this activity is 15 people. Here’s the program breakdown: 10:00 - Arrival at the Archaeological Campus; 10:15-12:40 - Supervised excavation; 12:45-13:30 - Visit to a reproduction of the worker Sennedjem's tomb and an introduction to the Afterlife.
