This workshop focuses on fundamental taekwondo techniques and movements specifically designed for children aged 6 to 11. Not only will participants learn various skills inherent to the sport, but they will also develop crucial life skills such as self-confidence, perseverance, and improvements in physical conditioning. Each session is viewed as an opportunity for personal growth, allowing children to explore their own potential through movement and play. This fun environment promotes understanding of body awareness and physical fitness, helping to instill a sense of achievement and community among peers. Led by Asier, this workshop aims to inspire children to exceed their limits in a positive and supportive atmosphere.
