Join us for a presentation at the Museu Nacional d'Art de Catalunya (MNAC) in Barcelona, showcasing the discovery of the only Catalan and Spanish artist who extensively worked for British and Allied propaganda during World War II. Mario Armengol Torrella created around two thousand cartoons and caricatures for the British Ministry of Information against the Third Reich and the Axis powers, published in newspapers and magazines across Allied and neutral countries, from London to New Zealand and Haiti.
