5th Edition of Gastrorecup

The 5th edition of Gastrorecup presents over 100 restaurants in Catalonia offering menus made with recovered food, with the menu format revealed at the beginning of the meal; menu price is €20. Driven by Ada Parellada and supported by the Department of Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Food, it is an initiative promoting sustainable gastronomy that encourages the prevention of food waste.
