The 39th edition of the International Folk Festival Tradicionàrius celebrates traditional music by promoting folk music in all its forms and fostering artistic collaborations that honor cultural roots. The festival will span several weeks and feature musicians from diverse backgrounds, offering a rich exploration of sounds from the Pyrenees, including influences from the Basque Country, Aragon, Occitania, and the Catalan regions. A special highlight will be the performance by a newly formed orchestra, comprised of 35 musicians who have participated in the festival's youth training program over the last 25 editions. This ensemble reflects the growth and impact of folk music education in the region, showcasing the wealth of talent and creativity nurtured through the festival.
