We invite everyone to participate in the 26th Sant Medir Festival Poster Contest 2026, aimed at finding the image that will represent the festival in its next edition. This is an opportunity for individuals or groups to unleash their creativity and contribute their talent to one of the most beloved celebrations in our neighborhood. Before submitting your proposals, please read the contest rules carefully, which include all the necessary information regarding technical characteristics, submission deadlines, selection criteria, and prizes. The contest aims to obtain the image for the Sant Medir Festival 2026. It is open to anyone wishing to participate individually or collectively, with no limit on the number of original and unpublished works submitted per person or group. However, each submitted work must have its own exclusive slogan. The poster format should be 42 cm high by 29.7 cm wide (DIN A3 vertical). The technique is free, and the design must be vectorized, suitable for reproduction in four-color printing, and applicable in both paper and digital formats. Therefore, metallic or fluorescent inks, as well as reliefs or glued volumes, will not be accepted. The winning participant must provide the organization with design information (pantones, typography used, etc.) and the image in various formats (JPEG, PDF, PNG including the vector version) within five days after the award ceremony. The winning design will be the icon of the Sant Medir Festival throughout the year, reproduced in various formats and widely publicized. The winner's name will be printed on the poster, and the organization will promote the work through social media and press channels. The prize is €1,000 (after taxes) for a single winning poster. The contest results will be announced on December 14, 2025, at 12:00 at the Castellers de la Vila de Gràcia (C/Alzina, 9, Barcelona). The award ceremony will be communicated via email to participants and publicized through the organization's communication channels. Failure to attend this event may result in the loss of the prize, so if you cannot attend, you must designate a representative to be present. An exhibition featuring a selection of submitted works will be organized at the Sant Medir Federation headquarters in February 2026.
