This exhibition is a collection of micro-stories about violence experienced by women who have shared their experiences interpreting aggression as a predator. The stories recount the types of violence experienced due to gender, ethnicity, race, religion, disability, or illness. Tales of bodies struggling with the violence of terminal illnesses, sexual assaults, religious and cultural intolerance, or abuse and indifference towards disability. Narda Rey's work as an artist consists of transforming these narratives into illustrations that she constructs digitally in collage and prints on layers of paper.
